MECCA Tech and Digital
Delivering Digital transformation across our platforms to create a seamless omni channel experience for our customers. Our Recent New Website launch has delivered a best-in-class solution built on a micro-service based headless architecture and future thinking tech stack to enable a phenomenal and personalized experience for our customer. We have a team of over 250 world-class tech, digital and data experts covering the end to end of Digital Technology.

New Concepts Team
Here at Mecca, we lead the way in aspirational and innovative beauty retailing. Our New Concepts and Services Team is responsible for creating MECCA’s future-state retail experience, recently launching MECCA’s first ever Flagship store in Sydney and MECCA’s first luxury skin clinic - MECCA Aesthetica. The team is currently designing our Melbourne Flagship, set to be the largest beauty destination in the Southern Hemisphere! They are customer obsessed, rigorously testing and trialling new ideas to deliver the ultimate beauty experience.

Retail Support & Operations
Our retail teams set the direction for, and are a part of, every customer-facing aspect of the business, from our eCommerce team who run our online store, to the Concept Development team who focus on all things bricks-and-mortar.

Supply Chain, Business Development and Finance
These are the teams that keep the MECCA wheels turning! These teams are at the core of all the logistics that set MECCA up for long-term success. In these teams, you will get into the detail, and be focused on how we can continuously improve and provide our customers with a seamless experience.

People & Education
People are at the heart of Mecca and everyone plays a role in enable our teams to thrive. Our leaders are passionate about supporting amazing learning experiences and we have a world class People and Education to create experiences and tools to enable this across the business.

Brand Management
Our Brand Management and Merchandise teams are the custodians of brand relationships, range, space and merchandise innovation in our stores. They manage more than 200 brands and create long term trusted relationships with our brand founders to deliver the best beauty experience for our Mecca customers.

Marketing
These are the teams that bring the product to life through game changing and industry leading initiatives. Our Marketing team are in the business of bringing our brands to life in the Australian and New Zealand market both to support our omni-channel business model. They are the creative geniuses who brings the brands' ethos to life through end-to-end campaigns, PR events and in-store/digital activations.
