I haven't received my gift card, can you resend it?

If you haven’t yet received your MECCA e-gift card, please be aware that it may take up to 48 hours to be delivered to your inbox. Whilst we do our absolute best to ensure e-gift cards are sent on the requested date, your order may be held for review during peak periods and it can take some time to be delivered. In the meantime, we recommend checking your junk, spam or promotions folders in your email inbox as it may have been automatically filtered.
