Making a return in-store? Here’s how, in just a few easy steps.

1. Double check that you meet the return conditions in our Returns Policy.
2. Return the item in-person within 90 days of your purchase date at any Mecca Cosmetica, MECCA MAXIMA, MECCA in Myer (Australia only) or MECCA store.
    

Purchased your item with Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 4?

• You will be able to return your item in-store or via post.

Purchased your item with Alipay in Australia?

• You will be able to return your items in-person at any Mecca Cosmetica, Mecca Maxima or MECCA store (excluding MECCA in Myer). If you wish to receive a refund for any cancelled service bookings, this can also be done in-store (excluding MECCA in Myer).
