How do I make a return online?
Making a return via post? Here’s how.
For returns in Australia:
1. Double check that you meet the return conditions in our Returns Policy
2. Find your order/receipt number

- Purchased online? Your order number can be found on your confirmation/shipment email, or, if you’re a Beauty Loop member, in the ‘My Orders’ section of your account
- Purchased in-store? Your receipt number is recorded on your receipt
3. Reach out to our Customer Care team through any of the contact channels below on this page – we’ll help you initiate a return and generate a free return label for your order
4. Print your Australia Post return label or, if you don’t have a printer, present an electronic version (on your phone) at the Post Office to be scanned.
5. Package your items securely and attach the return label emailed to you
6. Drop off your return at any Post Office, Post Box or Parcel Locker
For returns in New Zealand:

4. Package your items securely and drop your package off to your nearest Post Office
Please note: New Zealand returns are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
