How do I return an item purchased with Alipay?
If you purchased an item using Alipay, you will still be able to return it. First things first, be sure to check our Returns Policy to make sure the item meets our return conditions. If so, you can proceed to return it in-person within 90 days to any Mecca Cosmetica, Mecca Maxima or MECCA store (excluding MECCA in Myer). If you wish to receive a refund for any cancelled service bookings, this can also be done in-store (excluding MECCA in Myer).
