Your Beauty Loop spend is calculated based on the total of your purchases made at MECCA (both online and in-store) over a 12-month period. This means each eligible purchase you make will contribute to your Beauty Loop level. Your Beauty Loop spend is updated in near-real time after you purchase in-store or online – we recommend referring to your account for the most up-to-date information.

Once you reach a Beauty Loop level, you will maintain that level and be able to enjoy all the benefits it comes with for the next 12 months. If your spend increases during that time and you upgrade to the next level, we will let you know via email (if you are subscribed to emails from Beauty Loop). You will then maintain this level for 12 months from the date you upgraded, unless you level up again – this will become your new anniversary date.

For example, if you spend more than $300 and achieve Beauty Loop Level 1 status on 1 May 2023, you will hold that Level 1 status for the next 12 months, until 1 May 2024. Alternatively, if your Beauty Loop spend reaches $600 on 1 July 2023, you will then be upgraded to Level 2. You would then hold Level 2 status for 12 months from that date, until 1 July 2024.
