How often are Provenance proof points reviewed and updated?

This depends on the sustainability claim covered by the Provenance proof point. The majority of verified proof points will be re-verified upon the expiration of the certification by the relevant third-party organisation. For certifications that have online databases, such as Leaping Bunny or PETA, the certifications will be checked annually. 

In the case of self-evidenced proof points, the evidence will be reviewed during the initial assessment process. Once approved, it becomes the responsibility of the brand to update the evidence if necessary, such as in the case of packaging or formulation updates.
