I have a reaction to a product, can I return it?
It’s certainly disappointing when reactions happen and we know that products we range may not always agree with everyone’s skin type. So, rest assured, we have a flexible Returns Policy whereby with proof of purchase (receipt, e-receipt, Beauty Loop account history or gift receipt) you have 90 days to return the product for a store credit or exchange given it has only been lightly sampled.
