I have a reaction to a product, can I return it?

It’s certainly disappointing when reactions happen and we know that products we range may not always agree with everyone’s skin type. So, rest assured, we have a flexible Returns Policy whereby with proof of purchase (receipt, e-receipt, Beauty Loop account history or gift receipt) you have 90 days to return the product for a store credit or exchange given it has only been lightly sampled.

If you would like any assistance in finding an alternative product that’s a better fit for you, our team is always here to help. Our hosts in-store can assist you to sample and try other products, or you can chat live to our experts online who can help to provide some alternative options!
