I paid with a gift card, will my return be put back on the same card?
If you would like to return a product that was purchased using a MECCA gift card or e-gift card, your refund will be credited in the form of another (new) MECCA gift card. If you return the item in-store, you will receive a physical gift card with the credit amount, or if you return an item via post we will email you a new e-gift card to use.
The good news is MECCA gift cards do not expire, so you will have plenty of time to use it once you’re issued with a new one!
