What if I am late to an appointment?
If you’re running late to your appointment, it may need to be cancelled or adjusted depending on the nature of the service and how late you are.
As all services are allocated within a set timeframe, if you’re running late, there may not be enough time to get the service done in a compressed timeframe. If this happens and your service cannot be delivered due to you arriving late to the appointment, it will be cancelled. All cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time are non refundable, so any prepayment made will not be refundable if you are late. To play it safe, we recommend allocating plenty of time to get to your appointment on the day!
