Why am I not receiving any Beauty Loop emails?
There's a few reasons you might not be receiving Beauty Loop emails, whether that's because your email address was recorded incorrectly, or you've opted out in the past. Subscribing to Beauty Loop emails ensures you're the first to hear every time a reward drops.
Here's how to update your preferences in three simple steps...
- Log into your online account here, click on your initials in the top right corner and head to 'Account Details'.
- Scroll down to 'Communication preferences', then select 'Manage My Preferences'.
- Make sure that the 'Beauty Loop rewards' option is ticked, then press 'Update preferences'.
Once you've updated your preferences, make sure your email is correct in the ‘Profile’ section under ‘Account Details’. We also recommend checking your junk, spam or promotions folders in case our emails have been automatically filtered by mistake.
