Usage
To conceal dark circles glide the pen under your eyes starting from the inner corner of your eye and moving outward. Tap the concealer into your skin using your ring finger.
To even skin tone glide onto the skin and tap in with your ring finger - remember this concealer is buildable!
To highlight try a shade one to two shades lighter than your skin tone.
