Chroma Absolu Respect Shampoo is a hydrating protective shampoo for all types of sensitised or damaged colour-treated hair, mostly adapted for fine to medium hair thickness. The sulphate-free, lightweight formula gently cleanses and hydrates hair while respecting the hair fibre to prevent colour fade without weighing hair down. With premium ingredients Amino Acid & Centella Asiatica, we've formulated our best shampoo for fine, coloured hair.

Key ingredients

Amino acid: a building block of hair fiber, this powerful acid is able to penetrate deep at the core of hair to increase strength and resilience.

Centella asiatica: a millenary regenerative plant widely used in Asian skincare, known for its caring, healing properties.

Fragrance notes

Created by French perfumers Dominique Hazael-Massieux and Isabelle Abram, the Chroma Absolu fragrance features neroli as its hero note with a spicy hint of cardamom. It creates an intense halo of freesia grounded in earthy sandalwood and musk—a sophisticated signature scent that matches the vibrance and freedom of expressive hair color.

The Chroma Absolu accord provides an olfactory journey through all layers of fragrance. Top notes bloom from the bottle and become apparent during shampooing, while the heart note enriches the fragrance at each stage of the experience. The base note ensures a long-lasting fragrance on dry hair, to be enjoyed throughout the day.

Usage

Step 1: Wet hair and apply a quarter-sized amount of the hydrating shampoo for coloured hair.

Step 2: Emulsify then rinse out thoroughly. Apply a second time to help cleanse lengths all the way to the ends.

Step 3: Follow with a nourishing hair mask like the Chroma Absolu Hair Mask and apply the Chroma Absolu Heat Protectant before styling.

In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately and thoroughly.
