Firstly, I absolutely love other Lancome mascaras (specifically hypnose, doll eyes, monsieur big and the original lash idole). This new mascara, flutter extension, flakes and smudges within my eyes and I have itchy sore eyes that then start to water every time I wear it. It does look nice when first applied but then there is a full day of torture and smudged mascara until I can wash it off. I bough a few tubes convinced it will be great like the others. Now I am stuck with a product I’ll have to throw away. This was a very disappointing purchase. There’s something wrong with the formula. I wish I could exchange them for one of the others.
