Usage
Apply strips with clean, dry hands after brushing teeth. Place one strips on front of teeth, one on top and one on bottom. Let dissolve (takes about 15 minutes). For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use. Recommended use twice daily for 14 days for maximum results.

Not recommended for use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for false teeth including veneers or crowns.
