Usage

Use every day for up to 15 minutes as a morning ritual or evening ritual. Light to medium pressure. For eyes: Use the orbital bone as your guide, do not massage in the soft tissue directly under eye. Work in small sections if necessary and overlap your strokes. Remember to hold at a 15 degree angle as flat as possible to the skin.

Not recommended for people taking blood thinners.

Wash with soap and water and lay flat to dry.
