What if I can no longer make my appointment time?
If you can no longer make your appointment time, you can cancel your service by logging into your online account and managing your bookings here.
Please be aware that any changes or cancellations made to bookings within 24 hours of the appointment time are non refundable. This also applies to no-shows or missed appointments. Any changes or cancellations made outside of this timeframe (24 hours or more) are fully refundable to the original method of payment.
