What if I can no longer make my appointment time?
If you booked your service online, you can cancel or reschedule it yourself by logging in to your MECCA Beauty Loop account on mecca.com or the MECCA App, head to Account → Bookings here, and cancel your service up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
If the booking was made in-store, cancellations need to go through Customer Care, but you can still reschedule online as long as you're more than 24 hours out.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours, your booking is non-refundable, and the same applies to missed appointments or no-shows. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment are fully refundable to your original payment method.
