Why does an item in my bag now say it is unavailable?

If an item in your bag has become unavailable, this means that it has unfortunately sold out. Stock is not reserved in your bag and so items may sell out before being able to checkout. 

If this has happened, you can be the first to know when it’s back in stock online through the ‘Notify me’ feature on the product page. Once it’s back in stock, we’ll email you to let you know.

Alternatively, you may be able to locate the item in-store using the ‘Find in store’ feature on the product page and entering your suburb or postcode. You will then be able to see whether your nearest MECCA store has any availability of the item.
