Why won't it let me cancel my booking online?
If you’re unable to cancel a booking online after logging into your account, this may be because the booking was made in-store. Unfortunately bookings made in-store cannot be cancelled online and so you will need to contact the store directly or our Customer Care team who can assist you to cancel your service booking.
If you originally booked your service online and it won’t let you cancel, this may also be because your booking is being cancelled within two hours of your appointment time. We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens, so if you need to cancel your appointment within two hours please contact our Customer Care team and we will do our best to assist.
