Will I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

Yes – once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and order number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with your tracking number where you will be able to track the progress of your order every step of the way.

If you have placed an order but haven’t yet received a confirmation email, we recommend checking your junk, spam or promotions folders as it may be automatically filtered by your mail provider (it happens!).
