Through our MECCA M-POWER social change program, our aim is to end gender inequality and champion the rights, opportunities and voices of women and girls.

We started with education, and since 2019, we have supported 10,000 young women experiencing social and financial barriers to complete secondary school.

Now, we’re aiming higher, supporting our growing M-POWER Collective of more than 20 organisations that work to advance not just education, but women’s health, advocacy and economic opportunity.

When we re-launched M-POWER in October 2022, we said we wanted to go BIGGER and BOLDER in line with MECCA’s vision to be not just Australia’s, but the world's most loved beauty destination. And bigger and bolder we have gone!

At the end of the first year of our reimagined M-POWER, we are thrilled to be able to celebrate and showcase some of the achievements of which we are most proud.
