HOW TO USE
- Here’s how to line, define, and shape lips using your smooth-gliding Color Pencil:
- To line your lips, trace your lip line, starting at the outer corners and first tracing toward the cupid’s bow and then tracing toward the bottom center.
- For the fullest pout, trace the outer edge of your lip line, starting at the outer corners and first moving toward the cupid’s bow up top and then only lining the center of your bottom lip.
- For the longest-lasting colour, after lining your lips, use the side of the pencil tip to fill in your lips.
HOW TO APPLY
- For the fullest pout, start at the outer corners of your top lip and line the outer edge of your lips. line below the line on the center of your bottom lip.
- For the longest lasting colour, after lining your lips, use the side of the pencil tip to fill in your lips.
- For a Popsicle Stain look, after lining your lips, use the side of the pencil to fill just the center of your lips and top with a transparent gloss.
