Usage

Belly Oil: Lather up girl. Apply generously to your belly, boobs, and bum twice daily throughout pregnancy from the end of the first trimester. Allow dry time of 3-4 minutes. Recommend patch test first.

Magnesium Body Rub: Gently massage a small amount onto your neck, shoulder, back, ankles, or desired body area until absorbed into the skin. Repeat as necessary. Recommended for use from the second trimester only and safe for use postpartum. Please seek professional guidance for safe deep tissue massage.

Nipple Butter: Use as required before and/or after breastfeeding. Gently pat the nipple dry and apply a small amount of balm to the affected area.
