These Terms of Use govern your conduct and use associated with the Customer Ratings and Review service (“CRR Service”) offered by companies within the MECCA Group, unless otherwise specified, including:

• MECCA Brands Pty Ltd (ACN 077 859 931);
• MECCA Brands NZ Pty Ltd (ACN 126 675 401);
• MECCA Brands Distribution Pty Ltd (ACN 609 957 155);
• MECCA Brands IP Pty Ltd (ACN 609 957 100);
• MBIP Nominees Pty Ltd (ACN 609 957 137); and
• all other related bodies corporate and subsidiaries, (referred to as MECCA, we, us or our).

These terms should be read in conjunction with MECCA’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which are expressly incorporated herein. To the extent of any inconsistency between the latter referenced documents and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with respect to the CRR Service.

By submitting any content to MECCA as part of the CRR Service ("Content") you accept, and agree to abide by, all of the terms and conditions set out in these Terms of Use.
