Can I get a refund if I cancel my service booking?

Service booking prepayments are fully refundable, so long as you cancel outside of the 24 hour cancellation timeframe. If you cancel with 24 hours or more notice of your appointment time, you will receive a refund to the original payment method. 

Any changes or cancellations made to bookings within 24 hours of the appointment time are non refundable.
