What is your returns policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your beauty-full MECCA purchase, however, if you change your mind we have a flexible returns policy. In order to return a product, you will need to return it within 90 days of your purchase date with a valid proof of purchase (including a receipt, e-receipt, Beauty Loop account history or gift receipt).
So, what are your options?
- For a refund – the product returned must be in a brand new, unused, unopened and resaleable condition
- For an exchange or store credit – the product returned can be lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped
Please note that due to their nature, Sexual Wellness products must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging to be eligible for a change of mind return.
If you meet the above return conditions, you will be able to return the item at any MECCA store (even if the item was purchased online) or via post.
