The MECCA view
An intensely saturated eye paint and liner. This high-pigment, longwear formula is available in 8 bold shades and lasts up to 24 hours. Blend it out or use the precise tapered doe foot applicator to create high-impact looks – from all-over color to striking wings and graphic designs.
Usage
Apply directly as all over colour or pair with eye liner brush for precise lining. For best results, remove with bi-phase or oil-based cleanser.
