Usage

First, pull Lip Liner cap straight off when removing (don’t twist). For extra precision, sharpen before each use. Line and sculpt the lips to create desired shape.

Using the point of the Lip Velvet wand, trace cupids bow to centre lip shape and line outer edges. Gently swipe flat paddle edge of wand across lips in one smooth gesture for full-pigment, true-matte soft focus colour.
